Initially skeptical about using peaches, but they turned out to be surprisingly delicious in this dessert. The combination of the sweet and tangy peach-flavored cream and the luscious passion fruit jelly is a match made in heaven. Plus, the pinkish hue of the cake is absolutely irresistible.
