Strain the mixture through a sieve. ā· Set aside 100g of the peach puree for the cake layers. In a saucepan, heat the remaining peach puree with sugar and lemon juice until thickened. āø Pour the peach jelly mixture into a container and let it cool in the refrigerator. ā·Cake Layers - 120g of cake flour - 85g of beaten eggs - 400g of whole milk - 100g of peach puree - 35g of sugar - 25g of melted butter ā¶ Melt the butter over a double boiler and add the milk.
